I'm doing a test-run with Redbubble using a few designs I've already done. One of these designs is the first Omnicakes tshirt, as seen here! Redbubble is really good about making shirts; they custom make orders and they do it really quickly, so they'll always have your style and size on-hand. Prices range from $21 for a basic tshirt to $50-some dollars for hoodies. I know that's not cheap, but I promise you they are worth it.
So please go check it out! I finally got myself a Wacom tablet, something I've wanted since high school when I first found out about such devices.
As a result, my productivity has spiked, and I've been motivated to finish several pieces that have been sitting around in my "to-do" folder for a while, just to test out my new toy. Keep an eye out for the Skyrim Sketches gallery: a collection of perhaps-colored charcoal drawings of alchemy ingredients found in Skyrim. Mountain flowers and Deathbell are already done and posted on my DA page. At the beginning of the year, I started a new gimmick to get me to stop being such a lazy sack of garbage. I called it "DO 4 THINGS." I made a little plaque for my bulletin board with seven squares on it. Each square has something written next to it that I felt I should probably do every day: draw, read, pokemon/skyrim sketch, exercise, brush teeth (I forget - often), play bass, and write down an idea. I stick push pins in a square when I do it that day. When I do four things, I give myself a shiny star sticker on my calendar. Then it started to get more complex. January was a good start, but I felt like I needed more incentive, however small, to push out the writing for Rune. But I have Spongebob stickers. So, jellyfish mean that I did a significant amount of work on my writing (usually around a fourth of a chapter), and the character stickers are for when I finish a chapter (Sponge looks embarrassed because I was late on my deadline that week). If I did more than four things that day, I gave myself an extra star for each thing I did. As you can see, I took a few days off from doing things. All those days with little "Q"s in the corner are days I had to work, so I usually didn't get a lot done on those days. When February came, I started making more changes. Valentine's day marked the launch of my webcomic I, Girlfriend, which is released every Friday. So the red stars in the corners of my Fridays are for completing my comic on time. Also, I started putting pins up for everything I did that I felt deserved merit that wasn't on my list, such as running several hours' worth of errands, doing additional artwork, applying for jobs, or working overtime. Long story short: I work for stickers.
